Monitoring and evaluating advocacy: A Scoping Study

This scoping study from ActionAid aims to analyse how a variety of NGO's approach the evaluation of advocacy projects and programs.  

The study was implemented to support a three year action research project with the expressed purpose of developing methodologies which could be used to assess the value of advocacy work.
