The webinar provides a high-level overview of focus groups, tips and tricks on how to prepare for and conduct them, and advice about how to recruit for them.
An example of a good focus groups is shown, along with another example of a group that needs some improvement. Participants are included in an interactive session to critique and discuss these examples.
