Whether they realize it or not, evaluators are in a unique position to shape progress towards gender equality. In recent years, evaluations have increasingly integrated more gender-transformative approaches. But progress on gender quality remains slow. To contribute to transformational change, evaluation needs to embrace a more comprehensive approach.
In our upcoming webinar, we will talk about why evaluators need a more feminist mindset to tackle issues of inequality more effectively. Together, we will look at how we can improve our evaluations to make sure we hear the unheard, see the unseen, and include the excluded.
