Ms. Amna Aaqil is the Director of the Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results for Pakistan & Central Asia (CLEAR PCA), an implementing partner of the GEI, hosted at CERP. With over 17 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she has led and contributed to country M&E diagnosis and capacity-building initiatives in Pakistan and Uzbekistan, including the ongoing development of the M&E Decree in Uzbekistan. She previously served as Director of Global Partnerships and Director of the Learning Hub at CERP, as well as Demand Planner at Unilever Pakistan. Amna collaborates with multilateral donors, civil servants, VOPEs, and ministries to advance evidence-based decision making through capacity development initiatives. She holds a BBA and MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). Her strengths include advocacy, stakeholder management, and crafting transformative strategies to build M&E systems, with a focus on climate and gender-related initiatives, ensuring that these efforts are contextualized to the local environments of Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
