Caitlin is a Senior Associate at Informing Change, a diverse, women-, LGBTQ-, and POC-led strategic learning firm based in Berkeley, CA united by the core belief that when those most impacted by a challenge bring their voices together to inform strategy, they can contribute to their own well-being and accelerate the pursuit of social justice.

Caitlin leads and manages project teams at Informing Change, as well as its proposal development efforts. She previously served as the Director of Partnerships for the Urgent Action Fund and as the Senior Program Officer for Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the Global Fund for Women. She brings a perspective informed by nearly two decades of fund and partnership development work and grant portfolio evaluation within cross-border and community philanthropy and in gender justice and human rights movements.

Caitlin holds a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
