As of 2023, I am a Research Associate at Harvard Business School, where I study corporate purpose, entrepreneurial management, and, more broadly, organizational change. My research interests revolve around the development and implementation of corporate initiatives (e.g., diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts) and the effects that such initiatives have on individuals, organizations, and communities.

Previously, I worked as a Research Assistant at Informing Change, a strategic learning firm based in Berkeley, CA, where I supported project teams with data collection/analysis and client communications. I graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Sociology and Law, Jurisprudence & Social Thought in 2019.
