Larry, a CES Award winner and Fellow (FCES), has worked in evaluation for 40+ years, across Canada and internationally. In 1984, he established Proactive Information Services Inc. (a Canadian social research and evaluation company) to serve the non-profit and public sectors. As Past CES National President, he was the driving force behind creating the global network EvalIndigenous. Larry is co-editor of Roots and Relations: Celebrating Good Medicine in Indigenous Evaluation, a new permanent section in CJPE. Proud of his Métis heritage, Larry is passionate about issues of equity and access.
