5dchart Add-in for Microsoft Excel is an extension designed to generate 3D bubble charts and 3D scatter plots for large and complex data sets directly in Microsoft Excel.
The appearance of the charts can be customized from the Excel worksheet. In addition, the generated images can be saved in high resolution. Draw bubble projections, projection lines, control axis appearance and axis pane style.
As of July 2014, 5dchart is available for $99.90. A free evaluation copy is also available (watermark and high resolution disabled).
