Key features

This blog series is aimed at young and emerging evaluators (YEEs) and brings together a range of experienced practitioners to share advice and lessons about working in evaluation.

How have you used or intend on using this resource?

I consider myself a 'YEE' and so I'm very much enjoying this blog series. It can be pretty overwhelming trying to figure out where to focus your energies when you're starting out on a career in evaluation, especially when coming from a different background as so many YEEs do, so I find these consolidated lists from a range of people whose work I admire really useful in that regard.

Why would you recommend it to other people?

There's a really good mix of tips in here, ranging from methodological advice and suggestions on what sort of material you should read to broaden your thinking about evaluation, to tips for building resilience and taking the time to enjoy this field and the connections and friendships you'll make.
