UNICEF Vietnam National Program for Child Protection M&E Plans Framework

The UNICEF Vietnam Country Office with their government counterparts developed a M&E plan that included causal analysis strategies through checking the consistency of evidence.

The materials in this document are some of the outcomes of a series of working meetings from May 4-6 2016. These materials have been co-developed between MOLISA, UNICEF Vietnam and RMIT University researchers. These are not final documents, but represent the first stage of a process towards developing an M&E Plan and Framework for MOLISA’s National Program for Child Protection.
